The problem is with the industrial set (icons swapped around):
.../res/commandimagelist/lc_pagedown.png
.../res/commandimagelist/lc_pageup.png
.../res/commandimagelist/sc_pagedown.png
.../res/commandimagelist/sc_pageup.png
I will upload the fix, which also optimizes these icons.
OT/ Icons duplicate *_nextpage / *_previouspage... and there is obviously code
duplication as I would expect same Page Preview code for Writer & Calc... >Sigh<
