Symbol Size was 9ptx9pt before. Changed this to roughly 7ptx7pt. Exactly 0.25 cm
(before 0.32).
When selecting a different symbol, the size is now also 0.25cm instead of 1.03
cm.

However what's strange: 0.25cm as size at the shape lead to 0.28cm (the 1.03cm
were 1cm originally). Couldn't find an explanation for the additional space. Now
the size is set to 0.22cm internally, which yields 0.25cm (but probably not
exactly). Very strange (behaviour of the drawing-layer, or maybe the
line-tabpage).

Note: Won't fix this strange behaviour, instead we should ignore the size when
setting a symbol, thus keeping the former size. Exception: bitmaps, esp. with
different aspect ratio.
