In module 'shell' we have directories
    shell\source\unix\sysshell
    shell\source\win32\sysshell
One gets built for unix like platforms, the other for windows. Both directories
contain a file named 'syssh.xml'. In prj/d.lst there is
    ..\source\win32\syssh.xml %_DEST%\xml%_EXT%\syssh.xml
    ..\source\unix\exec\syssh.xml %_DEST%\xml%_EXT%\syssh.xml
That means, both files get delivered on all platforms to the same location, the
newer one overwrites the older (because 'deliver' does a 'cp -u'). Probably not
the intended behaviour ...

A clean solution could be to make both ...sysshell/makefile.mk files copy their
variant of syssh.xml into the platform output tree ($(MISC) I would propose) and
deliver it from there.
