------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sat Aug 5 04:24:56 -0700 2006 ------- I use OOo-dev m180 but the error is in previous versions too. Take a draw document and draw a rectangle. Set the background to a gradient from red to green. Copy the rectangle and insert it as "GDI Metafile". Copy the rectangle and convert it "To Metafile". Mark the rectangle and export it to "StarViewMetafile (.svm)". Insert the generated grafic. Open the eyedropper. Fetch red with the pipette and set 'recplace with' to blue with a 50% tolerance. Now click on either of the metafiles you generated above. The Replace button is enabled, but clicking it does nothing. To see, what should happen, export the rectangle to "Enhanced Metafile" and insert the grafic. Now clicking on Replace half of the rectangle will become blue as expected. Also grafics in OS/2 Metafile (.met) and Windows Metafile (.wmf) will work. (Export to wmf is buggy, but that is another issue.) Replacement should work or, if it is not intended to work on such metafiles, then the Replace button should be disabled. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
