It should be possible to quickly show the license under which the copy of
OpenOffice.org one is running is distributed, and this should be done through
the OOo UI rather than having to open external files.

This can be useful because:
* OpenOffice.org can be distributed both under the LGPL and the GPL licenses,
  and the end user agrees to the license only during the initial setup.
* Users may have to show/print the license after installation, to justify
  the legality of the copy of OOo installed on their system.

The best way to do it is probably by adding a "License" item to the Help menu.
