SUS: IMO there is an issue in the specification (see URL) in line 264
"If present, both identifiers will be put in the doctype declaration of saved
XML files. The public identifier will also be used to detect the filter to use
when loading files without specifying a filter."
I think:
"If present,the public identifier will also be used to detect the filter to use
when loading files without specifying a filter."
is correct.
We have to fix the spec or we have to fix the issue :-)
