Please ... - open a blank Draw document - draw any shape - cut this shape into the clipboard - double-click on the "Layout"-layer's tab and set the layer "Locked", press OK - Note that the buttons of the "Drawing"-toolbar have disabled as expected, because editing the layer should be impossible now. - press CTRL + v The object has been pasted although the layer is "Locked". Pasting to locked layers should not be possible.
