Steps to replicate(2.0.3):

1) Start impress.
2) Change to "Slide Master".
3) Add a new master, select the new master page.
4) Click "Click to edit the title text format" into edit mode. Then click
"Rename Master" button on dialog "Master View". OK, now you input anything, the
"OK" button is always disable.
5) And if you select the new master page, then use pop menu to rename the new
master page, you can input like "Slide 1"(normal slide page name), you can click
"OK" button, of course, nothing happen.
