The problem is the version check for at-spi, which relies on a symbol of libspi
to be in globally accessible. This breaks now because libspi is only a
dependency of the libatk-bridge Gtk+ module and Gtk+ added a BIND_LOCAL flag to
the g_module_open call.

Even though this change in Gtk+ will be backed out for the 2.10 release, it will
be back for Gtk+ 2.12. However, since the fix we are checking for (rev. 1.86 of
atk-bridge/bridge.c fixing a deadlock) was done Nov. 2005, we assume that most
disabled people will have recent enough at-spi versions meanwhile. Thus I
removed the check entirely.

@wwalker: since you have already tested the build, can you please change the
state of this issue to "verified" (needed for integration) ? Thanks.
