I belive this is INVALID.
The single quote only means "Text format", what overrides other cell format
selection. It seems that you can only assign alphanumeric contents, but that is
"as designed".
If you need numeric contents, you have to use A "Spin button" or to transform
the result from your option buttons from alphanumeric to numeric.
