The program crashes after selecting the fields to use and deciding on whether to use a subform. I cannot get past the subform screen, either. I am using a new intel macbook with Mac OSX 1.4.7 and Java 1.5.0 - after seeing this I made sure that my Java was up to date and that I had all software updates. I am still unable to use the form functions.
