The Italian problem is similar to Hungarian geographical names (DÉL-AFRIKA ->
Dél-Afrika (SOUTH AFRICA)), or to English (ANTI-AMERICANISM ->
anti-Americanism).

Lowering an uppercase word is ambigous in OpenOffice.org's spell checker, and
doesn't work for words with inner uppercase letters.
The problem will be solved by a recursive lowering algorithm.

Thanks for the report. Laci
