------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Aug 25 06:17:49 -0700 2006 ------- I conducted some research in the mean time and found that the help file describes what is available. Therefore, please reassign to requirements. I'll paraphrase this: Suppose an Index Entry is manually entered in a large document. I want to check out all these entries and delete some of them. This involves- 1. Search for an entry (preferably with a "find all" option) 2. Allow user to rapidly jump from one instance to the next; skipping all other index entries that come inbetween. 3. If required, user should be able to delete the entry and carry on to the next instance. Also, provide a facility to delete all instances of a specified index entry.
