That is a known problem of the version 2.0.3, see issue 67334. Please use the
predefined styles "Rechte Seite" and "Linke Seite". You can changes their
properties to your needs.
The bug will be fixed in the next release, which will come end of september
likely. The fix is integrated already into the newest developer version.
