I just got informed by B Marcelly in the oooforum.org, that this feature was
installed in OOo 2.0.3. I tried and could make it work.

You still could do me a favour: Is there a place where I can find a full
documentation on the package installer? Currently I am relying on the info found
on ooomacros.org. If that docu does not exist as a document, but you can provide
me the place where I can collect that information, I am also willing to make the
document by myself and provide to the community.
