If I start Office (wntmsci10.pro and with your patch) for the first time and open the "File" menu, I see that all runtime popup menus (e.g. File-New, File-Recent Documents, File-Wizard,...) are disabled. If I open the "File" menu again, all runtime popup menus have the correct state (enabled/disabled). Could you please check this?
