Hi,
The new "slides panel" sometimes makes the slides unselectable, which is very
frustrating.(at least on KDE/Linux)

Here's how to reproduce the bad behaviour. By "selected", i mean having the
color border around the slide, while "highlighted" means having the thin black
temporary border.
On the slide panel:
- start to drag a rectangular selection and make it spread over a slide
- the slide is highlighted in the process. No release the mouse button (without
enclosing the whole slide).
- Now slides are unselectable
A good way to make them reselectable again is to click on the inter-slide empty
area.

The good behaviour is for slides always to be selectable.
Thanks
