Document: http://nl.openoffice.org/files/documents/71/3091/ooo2prodintronl.odp Maybe the combination of high resolution 1920x1440 (32 bit) on ATI FireGL V3100 and animated change of slide is the cause of this problem. After reboot document recovery also fails.
