The instance of css.frame.AutoRecovery is not alive because they listen on the GlobalEventBroadcaster only. It's an UNO-OneInstance service. It will also stay alive in case it does not listen on the event broadcaster ! Such OneInstance services will die if UNO will be deinitialized. Further the service AutoRecovery listen already for disposing of it's internaly used resources as e.g. the GlobalEventBroadcaster, her cached documents and last but not least on it's internaly used configuration access. So this service has no problem on exit of the office. Do you have a use case where this service (I mean it's missing explicit deregistration) makes trouble ? Then describe it and file a bug to me.
