------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Sep 6 06:02:07 -0700 2006 ------- - New document - Insert header with text - Insert footer with text - Open database (i.e. Biblography) <F4> - select a table in the DB - Put a form field in the document text body (i.e. drag + drop from database table view) - [ via menu] Tools - Mail Merge Wizard - Click "Step 8: Save, Print or send" - Select "Print merged document" - Select "From 1 to 2" (to save paper :-) - Click "Print documents" -> Header and footer are not printed.
