I was not asking for an explanation of why they links are URL encoded. Instead, I meant to call attention to a usability issue with the Edit > Links dialog. Because the Links dialog displays the file names as URL encoded, they are difficult to read. I suggest that the Links dialog would be improved by displaying the file names in the form familiar to the user rather than displaying them with the unfamiliar URL encoding.
