In Polish localization of OpenOffice main menu of all programs have the
following structure (with ampersands denoting accelerators):

[&File &Edit &View ... F&ormat &Tools ... &Window &Help] en_US

[&Plik &Edycja &Widok ... F&ormat &Narzędzia ... &Okno &Pomoc] pl_PL

So in order to open the "File" menu a user can press Alt+F, for "Tools" menu
it's Alt+T, and so on. In Polish locale to open the "Plik" menu a user can
press Alt+P, for "Widok" Alt+W, but for "Pomoc" it's Alt+P *AGAIN*.

So in Polish locale two main menus, Plik (File) and Pomoc (Help) have
the same accelerator, Alt+P.

(as a side note it's worth to mention that such problem does not exist
in English locale, as the &File and F&ormat+O menus have different
accelerators, Alt+F and Alt+O respectively)

However, in most applications both in Windows or Linux, the Pomoc (Help)
menu have a different accelerator, it's Alt+C. So in most Microsoft and
other Polish applications it's "Pomo&c". It would be a good thing to make
the menu consistent and to remove the colliding accelerators.

I understand that lots of Windows users have the display of accelerators
disabled (it's the default setting in Windows XP) and they become visible
only when the Alt key is pressed. So the problem is small and hardly
noticeable. But it still constitutes a problem anyway. If I remember
correctly, it applies to all 2.0 versions (2.0 - 2.0.3) of OpenOffice.

With best regards,
Wiktor Wandachowicz
