2006 -------
Added two problems reported today on the Italian mailing lists:
* issue 69411 - Wrong encoding of Italian strings in installation
* issue 69409 - Crash when opening an ODT file saved in OOo 2.0.3
Note that the former is similar (maybe duplicate) to Portuguese issue 69370
while for the latter we could not verify that we are dealing with a valid ODT
file.
