=> header and footer will be added to second page - nice
7. save document as “test_from_Word_to_OpenOffice_2_0_3.rtf”
8. close document in microsoft Word 2002 (10.6802.6735) sp 3
9. close microsoft Word 2002 (10.6802.6735) sp 3
10. open document “test_from_Word_to_OpenOffice_2_0_3.rtf” in OpenOffice 2.0.3.

11. and there it is:
=> header and footer are in the first page
=> header and footer are NOT in the second page

12. make a small change to the document in OpenOffice 2.0.3.
13. close OpenOffice 2.0.3.
((=> select rtf-format, when that is asked))
14. open document “test_from_Word_to_OpenOffice_2_0_3.rtf” in 
 microsoft Word 2002 (10.6802.6735) sp 3

=> header and footer have disappeared from the second page
=> header and footer are NOT in the second page

- if there is enough text, then in the second page there is NOT header and and

- if there is enough text, then header and footer might be added randomly to 
pages 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, etc.
