Uh I don't think hiding the bug reports is a solution, especially, if people are
reporting too many "simple" user errors, there's probably a reason behind it and
something should be made easier.

But even so, once you're in the issue tracker, a simple note eg. "Please log in
to submit a new report" should help to remind a user to log in first.

Re bookmarks - I agree, but seeing I submit maybe once every 6 mo, I haven't yet
had a chance to use the same PC or browser for two consequtive bug reports.

I'm not asking for much, just a few extra words to make things easier to
remember for us who are not "usuals" around here but still like to contribute
when we get a chance, rather than waste 10min going around in circles in
frustration. Thanks.
