In the HTML editor in RTL mode, in the "Image Map" window, if a link is defined
in a area on the right of the picture, the link is created on the left.

To reproduce the bug:
Open an HTML document
Add a picture
Enter "Edit/Image Map"
Define an area of the picture on the right edge as a link to a URL
Click the "Apply" check
Close the window
Pass the mouse over the picture, and you will find the link on the left
