When you edit a form in the database app, and view the properties of a column,
the properties dialog has labels for each field. Those labels are composed of
the text labelling the field and dots which fill out the space between the text
and the field's value. In RTL, the dots are to the right of the text, but they
should be to the left. As a result, the text gets shoved to the left, and some
of it is obscured by the fields it labels. See the attached screenshot.

This may be a bug in VCL. See Frank Schonheit's comments on the dev list at:

This problem exists only on Windows. On Linux, the display is ok.
