Quickstarter doesnt start after restarting Windows system, all markers (Load on login etc) are present. When starting oo.o application from menu, quickstarter appears and runs till the end of Windows session. Hm... after writing previous lines I found reason: My oo.o was previously installed into C:Program Files. I uninstalled oo.o and reinstalled it into second drive D:Program Files. Looks like the shortcut to quickstart.exe wasnt removed during uninstall and it still points to C:Program Files...
