I THINK you are talking about the outline, that is what is visible e.g. in
acrobat reader as "bookmarks" (small portions of text which lead to the
corresponding chapter being displayed if you click on them). In the sample
document off issue 67731 there are five of them: "Abbreviations", <garbage>,
"Table of Contents", <garbage>, "" (empty string).
Could you please confirm for me that these are the problem and that the
<garbage> items should have been some (Nepali ?) text ?
