I doubt whether OOo 2.0 can be used on 1998 Notebooks :-/ I have one from 1999
(?) with 32 MB memory, and a 2.0 beta works, but really barely, always nearby
the crash.

requirements are listed, pls. feel free to reopen this issue if you find out
that your PC is in accordance to those reqirements.
If you reopen the issue, we need some more information:
Did other OOo versions run on that PC?
Please contribute detailed information concerning your PC: Memory size, graphics
card and so on.
