I'm surprised at your response.  

That's about the best I can do to describe the little image that pops up on the
bottom right when you use some feature of OOo that you've never used before,
that OOo thinks you should know more about.  When you click on it, you get
context-sensitive help about the feature you just used.

In my case, I had recently installed the 2.0.4 RC1, and in this instance, I
opened the datasources viewer (F4), used it, then closed it.  That's when the
image popped up, so I clicked it to see what I had done that was "new". I got
the referenced message.  It cannot be reproduced without wiping out my OOo
installation and user configuration files so that a new installation will think
I have not done this particular thing again.
