This issue describes a single aspect of issue 69526 "implement a user interface
for HSQL's TEXT TABLES".

We should be able to recognize TEXT TABLEs in HSQL databases, and indicate them
with a different icon, in all places where tables are currently denoted with an
icon:
- application window
- data source browser
- table filter dialog
- "Add Table or Query" dialog in query designer
- "Add Table" dialog in relation designer
- (possibly more)

Since this implementation is not only necessary for issue 69526, but also lays
the foundation for other features (at least with some necessary core changes),
it has been separated out, and will be integrated before continueing with issue
69526.
