The compromise on releases@openoffice.org seems to be to update the readme and
add an Info-Page to the installer
for english and disable the automatic update notification by default for all
other languages.
This will be implemented in two CWSes because the readme and installer changes
should get intergated into SRC680
as well, while the language dependant default is an interim solution and should
not go upstream.
