EUDC.TTE contains glyphs at U+E001, U+E00F, U+E01F, U+E02F, U+E03D, U+E03E,
U+E03F, U+E04E, U+E05E, U+E06E, U+E07E.
test.csv contains SJIS characters F041, F04F, F05F, F06F, F07D, F07E, F080,
F08F, F09F, F0AF, F0BF. Upon input, OOo converts them to Unicode characters
U+E001, U+E00F, U+E01F, U+E02F, U+E03D, U+E03E, U+E040, U+E04F, U+E05F, U+E06F,
U+E07F.
It appears that OOo erroneously converts SJIS F080 to U+E040 instead of U+E03F,
etc.
