this issue has evolved from issue 24401.

short description :

"create a new document. write some incorrect (not in dictionary) words in a
cell.
enable autospellcheck.
doubleclick on the cell with contents - word that was underlined as incorrect
is
not underlined any more.
underline is always lost for the word that is under the cursor. moving cursor
to
other word restores underline."

it seems that there are two states for content editing in the cell that don't
differ from users viewpoint (at least when editing text).
the problem is, one of these states assumes that a word has just been modified
and removes spellcheck indicator.

after doubleclicking contents it is possible to click on other words and now
underlining is kept (notice how there is no difference from users viewpoint -
doubleclick on a word, underline lost, click on other word, underline restored;
click again on the first word - underline is not removed).

so, rfe is : when a cell is doubleclicked, put the cursor in the edit mode
which
displays spellecheck underlining :) (the same that is entered when a text is
clicked after the first doubleclick)

ps. f2 on a cell puts cursor after the last word and does it in the same way as
doubleclick - spelling underline is removed from that word.
