------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Sep 25 14:51:56 -0700 2006 ------- my system has two deiplays. if i start openoffice reader with the DISPLAY env. variable set to locakhost:0.0 then the reader window appears on the left display. then while that reader is still running i start an xterm on the right monitor and set the DISPLAY env. variable to localhost:0.1 and run ooffice -calc the openoffice calc window appears on the left display (next to the already running window) instead of the right display that corrasponds to DISPLAY=localhost:0.1. this makes it impossable to run openoffice on more than one display at a time. workarounds for this include using xinerama to bridge the two displays into one larger virtual display but that would leave the origional problem. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
