You could also remove the indent by placing the cursor at the first position of
the list (right following the "1.") and pressing Shift-Tab.
MRU->OD: I talked with FL about this problem and we came to the conclusion, that
the Autoformat function for numbering should also use the "spacing" algorithm
which is used when clicking the numbering buttons (tabs and space characters at
the beginning of a paragraph are turned into metric values). But with one
exception: if the text begins right at the paragraph's indent, there should NOT
be a default numbering indent added by the Autoformat function.
