Hint from fs was to create profile with special characters, wasn't it? I think it's not good idea for reproduction, because the problem appears sooner. In human readable form, we can say that profile loading function works in this way: [1] Load Thunderbird\profiles.ini [2] Parse all profiles from profiles.ini file My problem is in step [1], but you have tested step [2]. For reproduction, you have to rename directory (some registry tweaks too) ... C:\Documents and Settings\Application Data ... to ... C:\Documents and Settings\ěščřžýáíé ... so mozab driver will search for ...
