I can confirm that this ODT to RTF conversion problem is still in OO 2.0.4 RC 2.

I attach here more specific test document.

1. Open ODT "ODT_formatted.odt" in 2.0.4 RC 2.
- check lines marked as A.1-A.7 and their indent position
- check lines marked as B.1-B.4 and their indent position
2. Save the file as "RTF_formatted.rtf" in 2.0.4 RC 2.
3. close the file as "RTF_formatted.rtf" in 2.0.4 RC 2.

4.a. Open "RTF_formatted.rtf" in Word 2002.
OR
4.b. Open "RTF_formatted.rtf" in 2.0.4 RC 2.

Check lines A.1-A.7 and B.1-B.4.
Lines A.4, A.5, A.6 and A.7 have lost their indent totally.
Lines B.1-B.4 have lost their indent totally.
Also some lines surrounding lines B1-B4 have lost their indent.

Other lines (A.1-A.3) and the rest of the document is formatted correctly.

Strange behaviour - definetely due to OO 2.0.4 RC 2.

To be precise what I used:
- WIN XP Pro v. 2002 SP 2 (English version)
- OpenOffice 2.0.4 RC 2
- Word 2002 (10.6802.6735) SP 3 (English version)
