Updated info. The bug is still present in 2.0.4rc3. I can confirm that the
symptom is triggered by changing the user interface from 'Default' to English
(UK) and that it is reversed by returning to 'Default'.

This is curious as the Default UI claims to follow the Locale, which is set to
English (UK) at all times. If the English language pack is installed, isn't this
behaviour anomalous?
