Steps to reproduce the issue

(1) Open a new presentatio
(2) Create a slide with a few bulletted items (Title, text layout)
(3) Format the first word of the second item in bold
(4) Press escape. With the outline text selected, choose Format - Bullets and
Numbering. On the Customise tab: change numbering fron "Bullet " to "1,2,3".

First issue: the numbering is very small. Indeed, in the dialog, relative size
is undefined. By default, the number should have the same relative size of the
bullet

Second issue: the number of the second item acquires the bold attribute that was
given to the first word. Obviously, numbers in a list should be consistently
formatted, and not acquire the formatting of the first word.
