------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sat Sep 30 11:49:02 -0700 2006 ------- I'm using the so-called openoffice-bin-2.0.3 package from Gentoo on a Gentoo Linux x86 system. This package is not self-compiled, but using the official binaries. In Tools -> Options -> Load/Save -> General, I enabled "Always create backup copy". I now opened an existing file (doesn't matter if it's a text document, spreadsheet or what not). When I now try to save this file, I get an error message: Could not create backup copy --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
