------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sun Oct 1 19:02:39 -0700 2006 ------- Separate Western and Asian fonts can be selected when Asian Languages are enabled. The font name dialog in the formatting toolbar shows the Western font when an English keyboard is selected from Windows (with the language tool in the windows taskbar) And the Asian font when I choose a Japanese keyboard. This is correct behaviour However When the IME is set to "Direct input" or "Half width alphanumeric" text will be rendered with the Western font, but the Japanese font name is show in the font name dialog. This behaviour is incorrect. The font name dialog should show the Asian font name only when an IME is enabled, and set to an Asian input mode (eg hiragana input or half width katakana). When the IME is in direct input mode, then the Western font should be displayed. Tested on Windows XP Home (Japanese edition) probably affects other OSes, and other CJK input method editors. Marked as "Enhancement" because I don't know if this has ever worked before. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
