As you can see from the picture, the Firefox property on the top right side of
the screen says “Client,Sign,Encrypt” while Writer on the bottom center of the
picture displays a blank space  in  what I think is the space where that
indication should go.

In the next attachment I'll send you the signed document than can be used for
testing. The Certification Authority root certificates are not distributed with
Firefox, they can be downloaded from here:

http://www.card.infocamere.it/installazione/certificato.php

They can be downloaded from the links immediately after the title:

 “1. Scaricare i certificati root della Certification Authority InfoCamere
Servizi di Certificazione”

Unfortunately the page is in Italian only, because that is a CA that has
relevance in Italy, I don't know in other parts of the world.

Alternatively I know that my certificate was published, and can be accessed
though the following ldap client configuration:

BASE    o=infocamere SCpA, c=it
URI     ldap://ldap2.infocamere.it
