From spadmin, select additional printer (fax), select Generic printer (remove number from output) and as printer command kprinter --stdin In some cases the output appears only partially in the output of kprinter - either on the fax, in the PDF or on the printer. Other documents are printed properly, so it might be an issue of the document. Can you pls. specifiy a personal email for sending an example document, as this document contains confidential information?
