Currently, it is a PITA to do cross-referencing towards headings. I need to be able to insert a cross-reference to a heading by chapter number, e. g.: "Cross referencing is important (cf. chapter 2.4)" Ideally, "chapter 2.4" would be a clickable link. Also, when I insert another chapter before 2.4, I want the cross reference to be updated to, let's say 2.5 as well.
