2006 -------
With a Japanese Build, if you go File -> New -> XML Form Document to create a
new XML form document and place a option button (radio button) on the form, then
double click the button to popup the properties dialog and select Data tab, you
will see "(on)" and "(off)" for "Reference Value" are not translated.

They should be translated:
(on) --> (オン)
(off) --> (オフ)
