Could you please attach a sample ODT and exported PDF document ? Are we talking
about the font in the form fields or some other text in the document ? The font
in the exported form fields itself is strictly Helvetica, because that font is
guaranteed by the PDF specification to be available in any reader application.
As to why it is always Helvetica please see issue 42985.
