There, the opposite opinion is stated, namely that the context menus are not context-specific enought, but more or less the same. Btw., the context menu is always the same currently. There are only some menu items disabled (which means invisible in a context menu) in some contexts. BTW., probably the problem here is that a right-click also selects the object, which sometimes changes the expected result when clicking on "Object Properties ...", because meanwhile a different object was selected.
