The bug can reproduced with a non-English locale set in the Office language
settings (menu Tools/options/Language Settings/Languages
The control where the boolean value for the filter can be set is a formatted
Control with the Numberformatter of the datasource that interprets all user
entries according to the set boolean format of the datasource. I suggest to
replace the controls "on the fly" by a listbox control as soon as a boolean
field has been selected for a filter. In this Listbox only "true" and "false" in
their appropriate format may be set then.
